Which worker would you hire?

Which of the three in the following story would you want to hire to build you a new house?
A reporter went out to a place where construction compay was erecting a large new building. She asked the first worker she saw what he was doing. He replied, "Laying brick." She came upon a second worker and asked him what he was doing. He responded, "Earning $7.50 an hour." And when she saw a third construction worker, she asked him the same question. His response was,"I'm building the world's greatest cathedral."

I know who you are going to hire - the third one! Why? Because his attitude and quality of work indicate that he is a Winner!

Winners not whiners

Winner avoid criticizing, condemning, and complaining. They realize that when you're slinging mud, you are losing ground. Losers spend a lot of time cutting others and themselves down. We often heard that misery loves company. Some people criticize others in their attempt to bring them down to their own level.
