Pray the Word

I pray Psalm 112 nkjv over my children every day. Verses 1-4 say, Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
I pray that Word by saying:"Father, I praise You. I am blessed because I fear You. I delight greatly in Your commandments. And because of this, my descendants (and I name my children) are mighty on the earth. They are the generation of the upright. I am the upright, and they will be blessed, in Jesus’ Name. Wealth and riches will always be in their house, and their righteousness will endure forever."

What that does is release God’s Word into the supernatural realm, and it will hang over my children all through their growing years. As they grow older, they will begin to bear fruit from this Word, based on what I projected into the supernatural for them. You may feel like your prayers haven’t been answered or you don’t know how to pray for certain circumstances in your life. Make a decision to get into God’s Word to find out what it says about your circumstances, and then pray that Word back to the Father. It takes study and discipline. But when you pray God’s Word back to Him, you can know that He hears and answers your prayers!
